If you overuse such a strong character like that, it would just get boring, and then the ratings would go down.... That's why the show got cancelled.

That and the villains started to get really lame... The new series isn't nearly as good.

I haven't even bothered to watch it. It's not the same anymore, it just sounds like the voice actors are phoning it in as well. I wanted to watch the reboot for some good childhood nostalgia but it was just garbage.

Plus they keep pushing Hoenn Blue and Hoenn Red and it doesn't make sense?
