[No amulets for Blue's team, then. He supposes it's not surprising; he had no evidence that any Pokemon other than him had ever possessed one. It would've been interesting, though. Ah well.]

I do possess one. And I have heard of you from a variety of sources. [MYSTERIOUS] For example, I am aware that you participated in the vandalization of the Beastmaster's Guild.

[He actually has a couple of other questions, but he wants to see how Blue reacts to this one first.]

[Mewtwo isn't sure how he feels about that useless old pirate at the moment, but he can figure that out later. Right now, it's time to find out more about Blue Oak.]

I am simply curious as to your reasoning for participating. I certainly do not care for the Beastmaster's Guild, but I was not invited.

Hmph. Well...

First of all, it was my idea in the first place!!! [Blue irritably huffs. How dare someone else take credit for his brilliant, mastermind plan!!]

[It was okay to admit that to a Pokémon, right? Anyway...]

It should be obvious why, right? Those people are awful! Killing any living thing just cuz it inconveniences you.... People around here really have no respect for nature. And no one else even seems to care!

Not even some of the other trainers.... [He scoffs bitterly. Many trainers had been here already, adults even, and none of them even thought it was a problem. He doesn't understand it at all.] So I.... decided that maybe people would pay attention to what was really going on here, if I made a big scene about it...

You are an interesting human. [It's what he said to Archie as well, and his inflection makes it sound like a positive assessment. It's......nice to find out that there are trainers like this around here.]

I'm super interesting! After all, I'm one of the strongest trainers in the world!

[That's a word for it, Mewtwo.]

[Blue deflates, however, at his... perhaps too-blunt observation, and grumbles.] ...Well, no one came and yelled at us for it, I think, so... Maybe I shouldn't be too upset about that--

But, you're totally right! Most of the adult trainers don't even care that innocent monsters are getting hurt! Even that stupid bug loser takes jobs from those jerks! Well, he's a huge jerk, so I guess it's not a surprise, but I wonder how his Pokémon feel about it...

Indeed. I have heard that you bested the leader of Viridian City's gym. [This is the other thing he wanted to talk to Blue about. Would it entertain him to hear about Giovanni being beaten and shamed out of his own gym? Well...yes. Very much.]

Perhaps a more direct approach would be effective. Something that would disable their ability to work, rather than simply be an inconvenience to them. [He's in for this, ftr. Let's do crimes.]

I am not familiar with a bug-specialist Trainer here. His name?

Bested...? I am the Leader of Viridian Gym!!

[Blue huffs indignantly, but then it occurs to him- oh, right- there are some strange things with people coming from different points in time, right? Guzma knew him when he was older, somehow, and for Archie, Red had just become Champion...]

.....But if you mean Boss Rocket, that was a long time ago.

[Blue isn't entirely sure he wants to go as far as Mewtwo seems to be implying. More direct...... How would he stop them from putting bounties out?? He didn't want to hurt anyone, and battling against bounty hunters he encountered before had gone ....poorly.]
